Payments
You can pay online securely via paypal with all major credit and debit cards. If you are buying from the UK and would prefer to pay by cheque please download an order form [PDF] and send this, as instructed on the form, with your payment. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, please complete an order form (see above) and email us to advise us of your payment.
Delivery
Mainland UK
We aim to despatch items within 2 days of receiving your order. We use Royal Mail’s ‘Recorded First Class’ which aims to deliver within 24 hours. Please note that this clock will not fit through a letterbox and also requires a signature on delivery. Please consider this when choosing where you would like this delivered.
Overseas
We aim to despatch items within 3 days of receiving your order. We send using Royal Mail’s ‘International Signed For’ service which aims to deliver within 3-5 days depending on the destination. Please note that this clock will not fit through a letterbox and also requires a signature on delivery. Please consider this when choosing where you would like this delivered. Please note that we are not responsible for any import taxes or duties.
Refunds/Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we are able to offer a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us in the first instance by sending an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). If you do return your clock please obtain proof of posting so that you can trace the package in case we do not receive it. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that fail to reach us. Refunds can take up to three weeks to complete once we receive your returned goods. In the event that your clock proves faulty within 28 days of purchase, we will replace it providing the same colour is still available. If the same colour is not available we will offer an alternative, or arrange to have the mechanism fixed or replaced. Please note that we will not pay for return postage. We do not collect or store data about our customers. Online payments are made through PayPal’s secure services so none of your personal or financial information is retained or seen by us. Should you contact us via email we will not pass on your email address to anyone else and we will not send you Barnaby Tuke or Studio Special emails unless you request to be added to our mailing list.
